Frame.io is changing the future of how content is made by helping over 1 million creative professionals seamlessly collaborate from all over the world. We're looking for a hard-working and accomplished Strategic Vendor Program Manager to join the Frame.io Strategy & Operations Team!
The Strategic Vendor Program Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the end-to-end Vendor Management processes and Procurement policies are implemented efficiently across Frame.io. The successful candidate will drive preferred vendor utilization strategies, as well as develop and maintain positive relationships with Procurement, vendors, and other multi-functional partners to ensure velocity. You'll lead Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), improve customer experience, and ensure compliance. This includes being responsible for contracts from initial vendor negotiation through signing.
This role requires a strategic problem solver, but also someone who is prepared to "roll up their sleeves." The candidate will advocate for and implement new processes to provide efficiency, innovation, and speed. The role will also focus on using analytics to formulate strategy, report on critical metrics, and drive continuous improvements.
You'll join Frame.io's Business Operations team and report to Sophie Kaye, Sr. Manager of Strategy & Operations.
Key Responsibilities
This manager will work across two key departments: PDE (Product, Design and Engineering) and Marketing.
Lead the full vendor management lifecycle of all software and third-party vendors used by Frame.io PDE and MarketingCollect and analyze data to draw conclusions related to cost reduction opportunities, contract renewals, new engagements, and key projects.Partner with Global Procurement, Finance, Office of the CIO, Accounting, Finance, legal and other internal team members to supervise all vendor management activities for Frame.io, including vendor selection, compliance with Adobe's standards onboarding, governance, with an end goal ensure timely execution of contracts and efficient delivery of Software and services. • Support hardware and equipment for the frame.io team, ensuring all efforts have been performed in a manner that meets Adobe's purchasing policy and processOrchestrate communications throughout the vendor lifecycle, ensuring that all relevant parties are kept informed on the status of their requests; this includes vendors, business owners, leadership, and finance.Work with business owners to develop appropriate Scope of Work that accurately reflect business needs, with measurable results, governance, and service levels.Validate invoices, and true-up's including service credits, earn-backs, etc.Evaluate vendor performance, handle day-to-day relationships proactively, and coordinate regular vendor reviews.Develop an understanding of the overall technology vendors' landscape to provide intelligent industry analysis as needed.Develop, standardize and implement vendor processes and procedures in partnership with finance, program management, engineering, product, and the broader procurement organization at Adobe.Own vendor Onboarding and Education for new and existing employees • Develop core playbook for Frame.io Vendor Management best practices, enabling business owners to self-manage some of these processes directly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, business, finance, operations management, or a related field.8+ years of hands-on experience with vendor management (i.e., vendor selection, governance, contract and performance management, Sourcing and P2P operations, etc)Experience in Integration, supply chain and M&A is a plus, but not required.Certified working experience on enterprise P2P tools and exposure to contract management and Technology sourcing principles are a plus.Experience working with cross-functional teams and leading complex projects from inception to completion.Superb communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.Ability to prioritize and run multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in Excel or equivalent tools is preferred.Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, and ability to develop positive relationships.

Anywhere in the US between EST and PST. Preferably NYC or Bay Area.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $102,400 -- $200,700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
