Baseline Requirements:
Currently enrolled as a university student (master's or graduate level preferred)
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship by the company
Expected graduation in 2025 or 2026

FPGA Prototyping Software Intern
As an FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) Prototyping Software Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to work on the forefront of software development for FPGA prototyping. FPGA is a type of semiconductor device that can be programmed after manufacturing, making it highly versatile for various applications. Your role will be crucial in developing software that compiles customer designs into FPGA prototyping hardware, a key part of our emulation and prototyping hardware product line. This position will immerse you in a dynamic environment where you will actively contribute to the creation of software solutions that are integral to our hardware design and prototyping processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize C++ code for our FPGA prototyping software.
Collaborate with team members on software development, focusing on clock optimizations for FPGA hardware.
Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities to enhance software functionality.
Engage in brainstorming and collaborative sessions to innovate and improve our software and hardware integration.
Work on real-world projects that have the potential to go into production, contributing to the advancement of our software portfolio.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a university program (undergraduate or graduate), preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
A strong foundation in C++ programming and a passion for software development.
Interest or experience in digital design, FPGA, and hardware-related software development is highly advantageous.
