Overview
Primarily duties include: 1) Execute Best-in-Class procurement analyses that drive value in categories such as cost, terms, working capital, and compliance across the CSC network, 2) Contribute to a LEAN continuous improvement culture and approach, 3) Utilize process standards / tools & technology, 4) Advance and support CSC initiatives.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Supplier / Vendor / Analysis:
• Manage low to low-medium risk central ordering processes to ensure materials, services and contracts are delivered in an efficient manner.
• Monitor company’s product demand to avoid supply shortages and implement changes based on established targets based on complexity.
• Manage the administration of company’s indirect purchase order platform to ensure compliance with established thresholds.
• Manage the administration of company’s fleet program to ensure compliance with established thresholds.
• Generate detailed spend reports and perform data validation analysis.
• Work collaboratively with internal customers and suppliers to execute potential cost savings initiatives and process improvements for low to low-medium risk projects.
• Conduct market research to assist with identification of potential suppliers and favorable program terms in order to drive fact-based purchasing decisions.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing for low to low-medium risk projects involving cross-functional teams including preparation of Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), and evaluation of responses.
• Assist stakeholders and suppliers with navigating Procurement policies, and guide purchases through necessary processes.
• Supports and contributes to supplier management to ensure contracts and policies are executed with quality and execution expectations met based on complexity.
• Employ robust metrics, SLAs & reporting. Examples include:
o Spending & savings.
o Compliance
o Contract adherence
Network Procurement:
• Apply procurement standard processes and track adherence.
• Ensure continuous improvement across the CSC network.

What we’re looking for
Required Knowledge, Skillset:
• Data analysis – Capable of synthesizing data from multiple sources and distilling their findings to support action steps for improvement.
• Supply Chain expertise –Active, working knowledge of industry trends, fundamental supply chain processes, best practices, tools & technology, and compliance requirements.
• Organizational – Focused, intentional results driven individual. Ability to manage through ambiguity and create action plans to meet objectives.
• Communication – Excellent, well-rounded communicator adept at summarizing findings, facilitating in meetings, supporting contract negotiations, collaborating with key stakeholders, and holding one-on-one conversations.
• Leadership – Ability to evaluate circumstances, using critical thinking-skills to reach objective conclusions and overcome obstacles.
• Experience managing administration of P2P or fleet programs is a plus.
Required Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, finance, or business administration; or 3+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
