Your role

We're looking for a Service Manager to:
• work collaboratively with the WWS Plan Administration team to ensure they are meeting client deliverables
• continually identify ways to improve relationship by suggesting service and process improvements that could positively impact productivity and corporate client satisfaction
• ensure team plans, prepares for, and project manages major events
• update corporate client website as requested by the client or internal WWS groups
• ensure maintenance of runbooks and proper documentation is maintained to support areas for set-up of additional services. Ensure all client processes / procedures are updated and followed per SOX, SAS 70 and ISO 27001 controls
• review and escalate client specific custom administration requests (e.g., reports, scripts or custom processes).
• conduct testing of new product rollouts and upgrades

Your team
You'll be joining the WWS Service Delivery team reporting directly to the Head of Service Delivery Management. This team is focused on driving corporate client service satisfaction, retention, and client loyalty.
UBS provides equity compensation plan administration and wealth management services to corporate plan sponsors and plan participants. Our goal is to: (1) provide effective corporate solutions to drive new and retain existing corporate relationships and (2) provide insight and advice to participants regarding their equity plan awards and broader financial wellness to drive additional wealth management business.

Your expertise
• deep understanding of equity plan compensation and the Wealth Management industry
• ability to balance corporate responsibility and risks opposite client needs
• ability to collaborate across the organization and influence key stakeholders
• past experience working with Financial Advisors
• interpersonal / People interaction: excellent written and verbal communication skills
• exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize workload
• well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills necessary to identify and implement solutions
• undergraduate degree in business, equivalent experience required.
• CEP designation or willingness to pursue
• ideally, 5+ years of experience in Financial Services industry
