Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in client management, sales, and related role.
Preferred qualifications: Experience in gaming industry, sales, account management, or strategy/business development. Experience developing and closing strategic partnerships. Ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally. Understanding of internet media including mobile spaces, search engines, and online advertising players and business models.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to operate with enthusiasm and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly changing and collaborative environment.
Ability to communicate in English and Chinese Mandarin fluently.

Responsibilities
Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic partners, with focus on gaming and app developers growing their business with Google. Assist with partners' business goals by proposing optimal and creative solutions. Cross-promote new products or features that will have a positive impact on partner relationships. Provide thought leadership, define strategy and drive execution of agreements. Build trusted and strategic relationships with partners and develop a thorough understanding of their business challenges. Manage relationships with internal stakeholders including leadership and a broad spectrum of other functions (e.g., Product, Trust and Safety, Sales Finance, and Marketing) to drive success for partners.
