Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnership development. Preferred qualifications: MBA or advanced professional degree.5 years of experience working in an Ad Agency and managing large accounts and engaging with C-levels. Ability to influence without authority.
Excellent thought leadership, partnership, relationship building and management skills, with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Excellent creative problem-solving skills and a sense of ownership.

Responsibilities
Manage large strategic merchants/ad agencies to drive business growth for our vouchers and ads business. Identify and expand to new merchants/ad agencies to strengthen our vouchers and ads business.
Own merchant success on the platform by monitoring, analyzing, optimizing, and reporting of merchant campaigns. Manage and work through our vendor teams.
Build relationships with our strategic merchant partners/ad agencies, understand their businesses deeply, and bring back insights to help our products improve.
Partner with merchants on areas related to Google Pay acceptance and ensure we provide excellent payment services to the end user through our merchants. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., legal, finance, compliance, marketing, product, engineering, etc.) to enable our merchant programs (e.g., custom ad campaigns, incentive programs, etc.) and driving merchant success.
Manage and deliver against business quotas.
