The Role
As a Strategic Consultant you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers maximize the value of their Cornerstone solutions and rely on Cornerstone as a trusted advisor in achieving their business outcomes and objectives. You will plan, prepare, and deliver in-person and virtual workshops for our customers in every industry. You will work closely with our customers to understand their unique challenges and goals, providing expert guidance and strategic advice to help them achieve success. You will leverage your SaaS, HR, and L&D industry knowledge and technical expertise to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will possess a strong SaaS framework aptitude with the ability to comprehend and communicate complex concepts to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
In this role you will...
Engage with customers daily to help them achieve business outcomes that strengthen the value and return on their Cornerstone investmentConduct comprehensive assessments of customer needs, current-state, and processes to identify areas for improvementCollaborate with customers to design tailored solutions that address their specific needs and business objectives.Establish a robust network of internal cross-functional resources that you can leverage to drive solutions and business outcomes for customersUse creativity and critical thinking to identify solutions to complex customer needsIdentify critical risk factors to each project and propose alternative solutions or metrics that minimize risk to both customers and CornerstoneWork closely with customer project teams to ensure all stakeholders are working from clear established scopes and expectationsDocument and communicate technical feedback and new requirements from the field to Product ManagementDevelop a deep expertise of the Cornerstone applications to effectively position the value of Cornerstone solutions during all phases of the customer journeyMaster and maintain cross functional domain expertise of CSOD best practices, technology, architecture, services and integration strategy as well as industry trendsDrive continuous feedback loop with customers, partners and internal stakeholdersCertify and maintain product and technical certifications of the Cornerstone solution
You've got what it takes if you have...
5+ years of experience in professional services with demonstrated consulting skills in an enterprise-class customer SaaS environmentExperience aligning SaaS solutions with customer's business strategies and outcomesWorking knowledge of Talent Management and Talent Experience industry best practicesExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to develop and present complex ideas with clear and concise messagingProfessional courtesy, mutual respect and business ethicsExperience interacting with senior executives across multiple industriesAbility to consult on many complex engagements simultaneouslyDemonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environmentConsideration for privacy and security obligationsCan travel up to 50% for this role
