Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in advertising sales, solutions sales, digital marketing, consulting, or a similar field.
Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently.
Preferred qualifications: Experience in the export industry, Business-to-Business or Business-to-Consumer.
Ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, present key findings, and apply them to future programs.
Ability to lead multiple projects, influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management, internally and externally.
Ability to help agency partners grow and drive new agency business opportunities.
Ability to work and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.

As a Strategic Partner Development Manager, you'll open doors with potential partners, lead exploratory discussions and evaluate/develop business opportunities. You will lead cross-functional teams, provide thought leadership and serve as a mentor to managers and associates. You are comfortable escalating and presenting business development strategies and key issues to senior management. You'll work closely with Google Product, Engineering, Legal and Sales teams on new product initiatives and key strategic relationships that support our online advertising business.

Responsibilities
Deliver against assigned quarterly goals on new and existing business while prioritizing and delivering outstanding experience to Google managed agency partners. Manage and strengthen primary agency relationships from executive C/B-level down to specific teams including Sales, Business Development, Media Planners, and Account Managers. Build compelling, data-driven, and long -term agency plans leveraging internal and third-party data. Be an ongoing thought partner for an agency lead on strategic initiatives and agency-level planning. Grow agency business via driving scalable product adoption and business growth across broader portfolio of agency accounts.
