This non-traditional Sales role is a remote first position, however requires you to reside and have working rights in South Korea. In this role you will be required to build and implement an effective sales strategy in order to drive the adoption of select Atlassian products and services across your target Enterprise customer base. At the same time, we want you to be a champion for our customers, providing feedback to our product and engineering teams and helping us optimize our customer experience. This is an opportunity to be part of the first in country employees of the Atlassian Korean team.

Native Korean language and expert Korean business experienceDirect experience working with Korea's leading enterprise companies.Extensive experience leading enterprise sales processes in a sophisticated sales environment.Expertise developing and implementing named Account and Territory plans geared at maximizing both new and expansion opportunities across a wide portfolio of products.You are flexible and thrive in fast moving organisationsExperience developing advanced sales plans for strategic Enterprise customers.Expertise and experience managing relationships up to C-level.Experience guiding a team of cross disciplinary sales process participants and stakeholders in complex environments to achieve sales objectives.Proven track record of managing complex transactions across the entire sales cycle from prospect to close.
Expert level experience in a quota carrying sales roleProven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.Strong spoken and written Korean and English language skills.
