Position Summary
This position follows a hybrid model of three days onsite (Rhode Island).
As the Business Analytics Manager, you will be an important contributor within the Store Brands organization, focused on analyzing the business, developing growth strategies for CVS Health's private label products, and supporting high-quality, data-driven decision making. As a member of the Store Brands Growth & Innovation team, you will apply your strengths and experience in analytic and conceptual problem solving to help drive category-first Store Brand growth.

Drive impact by uncovering opportunities for sales and margin growth through detailed analytics on customer insights, market data and CVS point of sales data
Apply rigorous processes and analysis to enhance brand development efficiency and infuse innovation
Develop complex models evaluating outcomes and implications of new diverse project types to inform product development and business strategy decision making
Support development and refinement of the multi-year strategy for CVS Store Brands
Partner to provide analysis on new products from concept to shelf to maximize the impact to the customer
Required Qualifications
3 years of professional experience in a consulting firm or corporate role supporting analytics
2 years of experience constructing complex models
4 years of experience with MS of Excel, including ability to construct and manipulate pivot tables, financial models, and at least 3 year of advanced experience with Excel functions (e.g., v lookup, index, match, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CVS database technology including Tableau, Teradata, Snowflake, Foundry etc.
Experience writing SQL database queries, with working knowledge for extraction and manipulation of data
Experience analyzing business trends, creating business cases and providing recommendations
Experience working with POS or syndicated data (ex: IRI, Nielsen) in the retail or in the consumer product goods industries

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experiencePay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$63,300.00 - $139,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
