  Responsibilities

  Be passionate about Nike products and servicesDemonstrate enthusiasm and eagerness to learn the fundamentals of all store Athlete roles, including but not limited to Service, Visual Presentation, and StockroomDeliver the best possible service and attention to all consumersAssist the team in executing all daily retail operations to ensure premium service and smooth store functioningDevelop positive relationships with consumers and teammatesBe an active member of the store community by attending and supporting store eventsModel reliability and flexibility by being able to work varied hours and days to meet the needs of the business

  Maintain knowledge of various store departments and be available to operate cash register for regular transactions, perform shipping and receiving duties, stock the floor, perform cleaning duties, and build visual displays when necessary

  Qualifications - External

  Able to effectively communicatePhysical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodationAble to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentAble to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer serviceOne or more years of customer service and/or retail experience preferredFlexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include days, evenings, weekends and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs

  Responsabilités

  Avoir la passion des produits et des services Nike.Faire preuve d'enthousiasme et d'empressement à apprendre les principes fondamentaux de tous les rôles de l'athlète en magasin, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, le service, la présentation visuelle et l'entrepôt.Offrir le meilleur service et la meilleure attention possibles à tous les consommateurs.Aider l'équipe dans l'exécution de toutes les activités de vente au détail quotidiennes afin de garantir un service de qualité et le bon fonctionnement du magasin.Établir des relations positives avec les consommateurs et les coéquipiers.Devenir membre actif de la communauté du magasin en participant et en soutenant les événements du magasin.Faire preuve de fiabilité et de souplesse en travaillant à des heures et des jours différents pour répondre aux besoins de l'entreprise.

  Connaître les différents rayons du magasin et s'occuper de la caisse pour les transactions courantes, effectuer les tâches d'expédition et de réception, approvisionner le magasin, effectuer les tâches de nettoyage et créer des présentations visuelles si nécessaire.

  Qualifications - Externes

  Aptitude à communiquer efficacement.Les exigences physiques comprennent la capacité de se tourner, se pencher, s'accroupir, tendre le bras, monter sur une échelle et rester debout pendant de longues périodes, avec ou sans aménagements raisonnables.Capacité d'accomplir des tâches multiples dans un environnement en évolution rapide.Capacité à travailler efficacement avec d'autres personnes dans un environnement axé sur le travail d'équipe et à fournir un excellent service à la clientèle.Une ou plusieurs années d'expérience dans le domaine du service à la clientèle et/ou de la vente au détail sont souhaitables.Souplesse des horaires et disponibilité pour travailler dans la vente au détail, y compris le jour, le soir, le week-end et/ou les jours fériés, en fonction des besoins du service et du magasin/de l'entreprise.
