Overview
Reporting to the Head of Storage Plan, a successful Plan Product Manager will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for storage products working with stakeholders across the Bank, finance, procurement, and Group Architecture. You will be accountable for the Product Strategy and Roadmap, TCO, Capacity and Demand for all Storage Services initiatives including Run the Bank (RTB), Change the Bank (CTB), and externally funded CTB for all storage technologies. The Storage Plan Product Manager works closely with the Head of Plan, Storage Build and Storage Run Leads, as well as Compute Services peers and to develop lean and highly standardized solutions to serve the growing demand for flexible and reliable storage platforms. You will ensure the delivery of all Storage products, including Backup, File, and Block Storage. This high-energy, results-oriented job requires a balance of strong people skills, leadership, technical knowledgebase and business processes, a sense of urgency responding to clients of storage products, creativity, work schedule flexibility, adaptability to changing business conditions, and a commitment to a positive customer experience.

What You'll Do
Develop a multi-year product roadmap strategy across the Storage product suite to meet customer use cases across all regions
Monitors and manages budget, expenses, costs and billing accuracy and reporting
Responsible for Capacity Management, Commercial Governance, Cost Transparency, TCO mapping, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
How You'll Lead
Be Responsible for the Product Management for the entire suite of Storage products including Block, File and Backup storage across the Storage Product Services estate
Responsible for continually developing and communicating the product strategy vision and roadmap while rationalizing the product estate based on requirements and consumption
Skills You'll Need
Deep understanding of infrastructure technology across a broad range of infrastructure products and their supporting data centers, specifically those corresponding to storage and backup services
Successfully led major change initiatives that resulted in new products going successfully from ideation, through commercialization and into sustained operations
Successful business development assignments involved in shaping strategies and then delivering tailored products that generate significant value to the infrastructure client
Successful Business management experience to understand how financial systems are designed/ implemented and to understand how to engage effectively with the annual business cycles
Significant experience in identifying opportunities for improvement in existing processes/functions in alignment with the objectives of the Target Operating Model

Expectations
It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $100,000 to $155,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
