Come and join us as a Stock and Systems Manager at our brand-new state-of-the-art site in Northamptonshire, taking full responsibility for the Stock and admin department to ensure it is functioning efficiently and effectively to the requirements of the business.
You will be the main point of contact for any failure or disruption to warehouse systems (both hardware and software) and be responsible for the planning, organising, and conducting cyclic and annual stock counts making sure stock integrity is maintained, counts are reconciled, and physical and systemic stock holdings match each period.
You'll join us on a full-time, permanent basis working Monday to Friday - a bonus in logistics - however, we do ask for you to have a flexible approach.

We're looking to offer a salary of £50,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days annual pay (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you'll do on a typical day:
Day-to-day management of the inventory and administration function, taking responsibility for all aspects of staff performance, including accuracy and process compliance Lead on all people processes including welfare, performance, KPI management, T&A, coaching, recruitment & selection, appraisals, and talent Maintain both internal and external lines of communications Review forecasts and ensure appropriate staffing and equipment levels are maintained
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Previous inventory and management experience, ideally with a logistics background Experience using warehouse management system in a fast-paced environment Excellent PC Skills including Microsoft Office Applications Excellent employee engagement skills and the ability to develop relationships with internal and external customers
