　　The Steward is responsible for ensuring all sanitation standards are met. This person will attend to guest needs, work closely with the Culinary and Food & Beverage teams, ensure all stations are well stocked, and keep all areas clean and sanitary.

　　Steward responsibilities include:

　　Clean and put away dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans, utensils, etc.

　　Clean floors and food preparation areas

　　Refill supplies and take out trash
