JOB OVERVIEW:
This position will be based out of UKG's Noida office and will operate during 11:30am IST to 8:30pm IST.
In your role as Lead, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a highly advanced Financial reporting and technical accounting team. Your work will span over statutory reporting, coordinating with statutory auditors, Global Finance and consultants of various International entities.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Collaborate with Global and corporate finance team, External consultants and IT personnel for the purpose of conveying and or gathering information required by the statutory auditors and compliances.
• Coordinating with the statutory auditors and the group auditors for the purpose of concluding smooth year end audits with clean report.
• Communicate audit findings to senior management and discussions with management on audit issues by providing recommendations.
• Preparation of Financial Statements and review of trial balance thereby ensuring completeness and compliance with local GAAPs.
• Sound understanding of US GAAP and having good control over Local GAAPs vis a vis US GAAPs differences.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree in Financial/Accounting/Auditing with 5 - 7 years of related professional work experience handling international countries.
• Preferences to the candidates having professional degree like CA / CPA/MBA finance or equivalent.
• Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft D365/Oracle, Advanced Excel and Powerpoint.
• A sense of urgency and an ability to defend conclusions. Ability to work with management at all levels within a complex, matrixed, global organization.
• Knowledge of cross-functional business processes (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, etc.)
