We are looking for someone who has a strong desire for business ownership and the mindset and passions of a startup entrepreneur. You will be joining our CEO's office in Tel Aviv, Israel.

　　Create a new product and iterate to achieve product-market fitby combiningthe power of generative AI models withmonday.com's extensive database and rich usecase library to reimagine the future of work.Identify problems and opportunities, make decisions, and analyze results.Take ownership of the entire production stack, from server to UI to user acquisition.Work closely with Product and Design, taking full responsibility and ownership from conception to post-deployment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

　　Your Experience & Skills

　　A strong entrepreneurial drive and a passion for solving challenges.5+ years of experience as an entrepreneur in a start-up environment.Hands-on proficiency with modern generative AI models such as LLMs, Transformers, and GANsand a demonstrated success in productizing their capabilities in lean, user-focused ways.Experience and passion for engineering.Work experience and a deep understanding of product development.Strong business acumen.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.B.Sc.inComputer Science, Mathematics,Statistics, or equivalent experience.
