Title: Stand-up Forklift Operator/Material Handler
Shifts Available: 1st and 2nd
Hours: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM OR 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
Schedule: Monday - Friday, may work Weekends
Overtime: Will be working mandatory OT
Pay Rates: $17.50 Days/ $18.50 Evenings

Primary Duties:
Inspect received items for quality, quantity and accuracy
Identify and record any errors in receipts including missing and/or damaged goods
Stocking incoming materials and ensuring the accuracy of inventory transactions.
Replenishing production point of use and warehouse storage locations as needed daily.
Picking and kitting electronic components for production
Issue materials as per work orders from ERP system
Communicating floor shortages/inventory discrepancies to Inventory Control Specialist
Perform cycle counts to ensure accuracy of inventory
Monitoring expected inbound and prep floor / storage locations for expected inbound volume.
Ongoing consolidation of materials to free up space.
Identifying and reporting of non-conforming materials.
Recording of bin transfers to ensure ERP system location accuracy.
Ensuring that empty pallets are sorted and stacked safely and securely.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Adhering to the Company safety policies and procedures, as well as those set out by OSHA
Automated and manual picking and packing.
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Work requires standing, walking, lifting, bending, and pushing carts and material for much of the shift
Must be able to lift 70 LBS - self servers will have to lift from pallet to dolly
Most of the items are 5 to 10 LBS - security cameras
Must have basic computer skills to use ERP system
Must be able to perform repetitive tasks quickly, correctly, and without losing attention. Basic computer experience required.
Able to verify quantities and part numbers; distinguish the difference between two part numbers which are very close in appearance and part number nomenclature.
Basic Math required (add, subtract, multiply, divide). if they cannot do basic math then they will not do well
Ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, high level of concentration for detailed work such as counting, and flexible approach to work assignments.
