About STAGE 6 MOIS ASSISTANT CHEF DE PROJET ENSEIGNES ET GRANDS COMPTES (H/F)

  Rattaché au Key Account Manager, vous aurez pour missions principales de l'assister dans l'ensemble des projets ci-dessous et de l'accompagner dans le pilotage de l'activité commerciale Grands Comptes (Sephora, Marionnaud, Nocibe...).

  Ce stage vous permettra d'acquérir les bases des compétences commerciales & techniques globales sur le marché des cosmétiques. Mais aussi de découvrir un portefeuille de marques varié et tri-axe (Make up, soin, parfums) outils de pilotage de business. Intégré au sein du service vous serez l'interface privilégié entre les équipes siège des marques (Estée Lauder, Clinique, La Mer, Tom Ford Beauty, Origins, Darphin...) & le terrain.

  Vos missions principales :

  COORDINATION DES LANCEMENTS PRODUITS

  Suivi des lancements du référencement à l'implantation en magasin (fiche de référencement, coordination des forecasts, suivi des commandes...) Réflexion sur des plans 360°

  ANALYSE DU BUSINESS

  Gestion des outils de pilotage de la performance commerciale. Analyses sell-in, sell-out et PDM dans chacune des enseignes. Synthèse et recommandation de plans d'action. Suivi des activités enseignes.

  AIDE A LA GESTION DES COMPTES

  Préparation des séminaires commerciaux. Suivi de la mise en place des accords commerciaux en lien direct avec la force de vente.

  Qualifications

  Profil

  En école de commerce BAC +4/5, vous êtes opérationnel en anglais.

  Maitrise et à l'aise avec les chiffres, avec une bonne capacité d'analyses.

  Maitrise et intérêt pour les outils informatique (Excel)

  Organisation, dynamisme, rigueur.

  Travail en équipe, sens critique et autonomie.

  Excellent relationnel et force de proposition.
