Responsibilities
This role will provide administrative support for staffing efforts at the Dayville, CT facility. Report to the Staffing Supply Chain Leader. Responsibilities include reporting, data entry and tracking candidates through the life cycle recruiting cycle. Specific responsibilities include the following:
Assist in recruitment efforts- manage job postings, schedule hiring events, process offers, confirm start dates, send required email correspondence to candidatesAssist with new hire process/paperwork/ensure all required documentation and pre-employment screenings are complete Coordinate and schedule new employee orientation Screen, follow-up, route & resolve telephone calls & requests, as needed for candidatesPrepare & manage correspondence, presentations, mail, emails pertaining to candidatesMaintain filing and organization of staffing process/documentation keepingMaintain hourly employee, hire/job/shift changes/job change notices Other duties as assigned
These duties and responsibilities should not be construed as all encompassing. The selected individual will be expected to follow any other instructions and perform any duties as may be required by their Manager/Supply Chain Leader

Proven ability to influence external candidates/hiring teams on staffing related decisions, providing a value adding point of view relative to candidate consideration and organizational needPersonable, high-energy individual that is passionate about recruitment and enjoys working in a fast paced innovative, dynamic organizationStrong oral and written communication skills and project management experienceBe self-motivated; Perform job duties with minimum direct supervision.Strong project management skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong communication skills.Strong leadership and coaching skills with willingness to develop these skills further.Excellent computer skills.Exhibit professional mature behaviors inside and outside the company. High level of understanding of business drivers.
Compensation and Benefits
The expected compensation range for this position is between $36,300.00/Yr. - $65,300 based on a full-time schedule.Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salaryPaid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.
