What you'll do...
Walmart Global Tech is looking to hire a Staff Technical Program Manager for Bentonville, Arkansas . This is an amzaing opportunity to work frm our Headquarters in Bentonviile & an opportunity to be a technical program leader within the heart of WM's core supply chain ecosystem. As a partner for engineering, product and business teams, this role will drive accelerated transformation by creating and scaling large-scale supply chain planning & optimization systems.

About the Team : The Replenishment Technical Program Management team is the risk management function for the heart of WM's supply chain planning & optimization systems . The team of seasoned supply chain experts are responsible for a large, complex, cross-org portfolio of capabilities that: predict customer demand, optimize inventory, seamlessly integrate with our supplier base, move goods optimally and manage our network capacities at scale, globally.
What you'll do :
De-risk transformational programs across various dimensions of risk such technical, org, informational asymmetry, product, data science and business adoption.Drive best-in-class technical program management practices.
Be an active problem solver that owns outcomes on behalf of cross-org teams.
Create the program structure and shared alignment with the program team across Walmart on vision, business goals, program, and secure cross-functional teams dependencies' commitment.
Lead executive committee meetings with key stakeholders to help make key decisions, remove obstacles, and address key program issues
Provide on-going visibility to program status (key decisions, dependencies, issues, risks, metrics, etc.) to all stakeholders.
Anticipate and aggressively remove obstacles that slow down or prevent program teams from delivering on program outcomes.
Manage new and existing technologies integration
Create a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity, speed, innovation, and learning.
Be a thought leader who can help accelerate the capabilities delivery and challenge others to change.
What you'll bring :
10+ Years of Program Management Experience leading multiple programs.
Strong experience with Enterprise Agile Program Management
Demonstrated ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
Exceptional and concise verbal and written communications skills
Skilled in Data-driven, objective analysis and decision making
Ability to manage large, complex programs in an Agile environment
Exceptional technical depth across domains such as engineering, system design, product management and data science
Passion for Supply Chain
Personal and professional maturity in a high-paced, ambiguous, high-pressure environment.
Superior critical thinking skills to take high-complexity spaces and decompose to tractable pieces.
Comfortable presenting to and persuading multiple stakeholders from front line associates to business and Global Technology Executives
