What you'll bring
Strong Program Management team leadership experience, including 7 or more years leading multiple complex software development programs end-to-end
Strategic and creative problem solver with demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment. Ability to influence at all levels and without direct authority, lead end-to-end, and bend seamlessly between strategic and tactical work
Establish rapport, credibility, trust and build strong partnerships across organizations in delivering the best outcomes for complex programs
Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences, strong presentation skills and compelling storytelling abilities. Able to visually communicate complex topics and influence stakeholders to take action
Ability to rally teams behind your execution plan, communicate a clear story of challenges and opportunities, and align executive teams on program outcomes
Experience driving program outcomes in an Agile/Scrum based environment, balancing the desire of date driven business outcomes and prioritization based development outcomes
Fintech industry knowledge preferred
How you will lead
Develop the program structure and drive the program operating rhythm to bring together complex, cross-organizational teams
Drive creation of program roadmaps and execution plans across all phases of planning, development, and production readiness and launch
Partner with key stakeholders in executive teams, product management & engineering, and various cross functional teams to effectively drive towards program outcomes
Quickly and effectively identify and clarify the critical issues and dependencies that need action and drive them through to closure. Communicate results clearly and in actionable form. Effectively balance business needs versus technical constraints
Communicate progress across the organization and at all levels; Includes program status, risks, dependencies and change control
Anticipate, recognize, and work through resistance or setbacks independently
Thrive in establishing order and clarity amongst ambiguity and chaos
Work well with others when conflicts arise, with ability to influence others to work towards program outcomes
