　　What You Will Do:

　　Work alongside Software Engineers to develop cool new features and enhancements in our platform services space that will delight our customersParticipate in elaboration and design sessions to understand and refine requirements to be implementedBuild unit tests and automation test suites to ensure our products deliver the highest qualityCollaborate with scrum team members during sprint planning and daily standups and share your accomplishments during sprint reviewsProvide constructive and honest feedback during code reviews and sprint retrospectivesWork with Enterprise Architects to design our services

　　What You Will Need:

　　A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar technical discipline or equivalent experience5+ years of software engineering experienceExperience with designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining and improving softwareExperience in developing enterprise software that exceeds the industry standards for security, accessibility and user experienceExperience working with application development tools, such as version control, defect tracking, build management and test managementKnowledge of one or more of these technologies: Microsoft ASP.Net, C#, NodeJs, Angular, React, SQL Server, AWS and AWS ServicesKnowledge of one or more of these testing tools: Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, JMeter, NUnit, MS Test, Jest, Jasmine, KarmaExcellent problem solving and troubleshooting skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to collaborate and engage with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds

　　Each team member is required to have a career plan in place and reviewed with their manager after six months with our team.The minimum starting pay for this role is $110,000 per annum with 5% MBOPay progression is based on performance.
