Pay to commensurate with experienceAbout Our Unit:-C4A is a 24-bed neonatal intensive care unit, specializing in the care of infants with Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia (BPD).-Nurse to patient ratio is typically 1:1 or 1:2 depending on the acuity and needs of the patient.- C4A is a multidisciplinary Chronic Complex NICU that provides collaborative care to infants-We are one team of caregivers working together with the family to provide the best possible care to our patients and families with bedside rounds and reports to include the entire health care team and family.What We Are Looking For:-Candidates who are team players, energetic, flexible, and ready to work in an ever-changing environment.-C4A is known for teamwork, collaboration, and providing excellent developmental care.Assists patients to move rapidly, uneventfully, and as effectively as possible through their episode of care while maintaining quality and safety as a priority.
