What you'll do...
Drive Walmart's retail technology strategy perspectives and organizational goal-setting process, while contributing with strategic thinking to enable Global Tech's leadership to develop and communicate strategic priorities to executive leadership, and deliver on ad hoc projects that drives organizational optimization.
About Team:
In the Technology Strategy team, we address issues that need cross-departmental input and involvement with senior executives throughout the company. While in the commercialization team, we develop partner networks to support increased productivity, speed, and innovation.
What you'll do:
Drive Global Tech's goal setting and tracking process
Collaborate with technology and product teams to track and monitor progress across key initiatives and goals
Play an integral role in helping the Global Tech leadership team develop and communicate strategic priorities for the company to executive leadership
Develop strategy material for executive audiences, aligning with strategic narratives and Global Tech leadership
Stay updated on technology trends, including but not limited to Generative AI, big data and analytics, block chain, supply chain technologies, AR / VR, and IoT / RFID, and their implications for Walmart
Build retail technology perspectives as needed to guide Walmart's leadership decision making
Assist in broad range of projects that are both forward looking as well as answer key business model and execution / implementation questions

Problem Solving: A keen aptitude for addressing challenges, breaking down complexities, and devising effective solutions in both technical and organizational scenarios.
Program Management expertise: Proficiency in planning, OKRs, coordination and progress tracking across multiple projects.
Analytical Prowess: Capability to dissect vast amounts of data and metrics to derive actionable insights, inform strategic narratives, and guide decision-making.
Interpersonal Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to effectively build and manage relationships, strength in oral and written communications, organizational skills.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
