You will collaborate closely with partners to design, prioritize, and launch critical privacy solutions globally.

  Responsibilities

Provide product expertise and thought leadership in the areas of privacy and consent, with an understanding of how privacy regulations impact and influence use of data across various business processes and functions.

Develop and implement a comprehensive privacy product strategy aligned with business objectives.

Define and prioritize privacy product requirements and collaborate with cross functional stakeholders across the organization from ideation to development to launch.

Stay informed on the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in data handling to assess their impact on maintaining compliance and potential for novel privacy solutions.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business to enable customer focused features with a “privacy by design” approach.

Promote a culture of privacy awareness and compliance throughout the organization.

Identify new data use cases across various business units to drive privacy impact assessments and requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams; including legal, engineering, and design, to define product requirements and specifications.

  Requirements

8+ years of Product Management or other relevant experience.

In-depth knowledge of global privacy landscape and technologies preferred.

Experience launching and developing products and features for a global audience at scale

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate and present to stakeholders at all levels of the business.

Demonstrate strong ownership to deliver exceptional customer experiences and customer empathy.

Experience working with and managing the needs of multiple stakeholders and business teams.

Experience driving clarity in ambiguous situations to drive forward progress.

Experience with data analysis and driving insights to inform product and business decisions.

Experience leveraging machine learning or AI driven tools to solve complex problems is a plus. Must have an interest in driving innovation in this rapidly changing space.

Commitment to fostering an inclusive team culture, built on empathy, and radical candor.
