  The Staff, Product Manager - Supplier Tools role is part of the team in charge of building out Walmart's Supplier-facing ecosystem of capabilities, which empowers our Suppliers to delivery great experiences for millions of customers. This role in particular will focus on Walmart's transportation space, working to optimize Supplier workflows, unify platforms, and automate data transmission to drive peak Supplier efficiency. You need to be someone who is passionate about untangling incredible complexity as well as influencing the broader organization so that we can build a best-in-class for our Suppliers.

  You'll use the latest tools to facilitate remote teams and their work to develop experiences changing the industry. It's your work on the world's biggest stage.

  Location for this role is Sunnyvale CA, Hoboken NJ or Bentonville AR.

  How you will make an impact:

  Developing and enhancing products - you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable projects, determine rollout strategy, and manage risksDefining vision and strategies for your product family, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving objectivesBuilding collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining support from executive leadershipProviding overall direction by analyzing business goals and customer needs

  Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

  The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00

  Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

  Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

  - Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

  - Stock equity incentives

  Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years' experience in product management. Option 2: 9 years' experience in product management or related area.

  Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
