PHARMACIST

　　Lake Mary, FL

　　Description:

　　Prescription Review/Data quality reviews - checking prescriptions going in and out of the Pharmacy.

　　Verifying all the data and all of the clinical, quality, and drug utilization review are correct.

　　Making sure the appropriate medication, dose, strength, directions, quantity, safety, and patient information are correct.

　　Check incoming and outgoing prescriptions.

　　Handle inbound/outbound calls from doctor's office/provider offices with questions around prescription.

　　Handle outbound calls to the Pharmacies or members.

　　Handle patient/family education of medication over the phone.

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Experience: Minimum Required: 1 - 2 years of professional experience as a Pharmacist in a retail or specialty pharmacy setting.

　　Experience/knowledge/skill in: Analyzing Information, Administering Medication, Demonstrated sound judgment and decision making, Strong verbal and written communication skills, Knowledge in FDA Health Regulations, Pharmacology, Managing Processes, Legal Compliance, Focus on quality, Attention to detail.

　　Must have a B.S. Pharm degree. Pharm. D. degree is preferred.

　　Must possess a current and valid Pharmacist state license, in good standing.

　　Must be proficient with basic computer programs and able to handle multiple requests at one time, as well as ensure that medication orders are reviewed and fulfilled in a timely manner.
