About the CG Business Operations Team:
Business Operations plays a critical role in driving and transforming how we connect across the Intuit ecosystem and operate within the Consumer Group (CG) to achieve Taxes Done for Everyone, supported by an AI-driven expert platform.

What you'll bring
We are looking for an individual who can establish rapport, credibility, trust and respect throughout Intuit and is viewed as a team player. CG Business Operations acts as a source of future leaders within the company and we expect exceptional leadership skills and potential.
To be successful in this role, the candidate must have the following:
6-8 years of work experience in roles that were delivering impact across an organization. Examples include experience in a top tier consulting firm focused on strategy and implementation, being part of a strategy or business operations team in a technology company, and/or helping improve efficiency or effectiveness in a business function of a technology company.
Demonstrated ability to understand end-to-end processes and come up to speed quickly on new business domains
Passion for excellence and the desire to have a significant impact on the business
Highly self-motivated and willing to proactively take on issues within teams and the company at large
Well-rounded interpersonal skill set with the capacity to build strong relationships with senior executives
Excellent quantitative analytical skills, creativity in problem solving and a keen business sense
Strong communications (written/verbal), presentation and facilitation skills
Strong process and project management skills
Strong academic record required. MBA, PMP or equivalent from a nationally recognized institution preferred.
How you will lead
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Shape and manage the CG’s operating rhythm and planning processes
Partner with platform leaders to influence operating and planning
Partner with CG’s senior leaders to jointly problem solve and develop solutions to complex business problems
Provide focused analytical support to leaders responsible for operational improvements, ensuring execution is set up for success and managed rigorously
Learn from internal and external best practices and work with business leaders to implement and scale them across CG
