　　Clinical copyediting of new and updated Health & Well-being articlesHire, train, and supervise freelance clinical copy editorsEditorial lead for health literacy and health editorial best practicesServe as the primary CMS access person for the Health & Well-being teamAssigning editor for Health & Well-being updates and correctionsMedical Spanish translation, medical Spanish copyediting, and Latine health content creationIdentify opportunities for GoodRx Health to expand its online presence, authority, and efficiency in delivering medical information to diverse audiencesSupport Health editors with health literacy and best practices training as needed

　　Minimum requirements:

　　Clinical qualification (NP, RN, PA or equivalent)Advanced degree (MA or PhD) in journalism, language, linguistics, or relevant fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in medical editing, content creation, or related rolesMinimum 5 years of experience in medical translation (Spanish)Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical concepts, and evidence-based medicineTraining in health literacy (certification preferred), to ensure we are able to serve a broad population of readers, no matter how difficult, complex or controversial the topicProficiency in content management systems, SEO practices, and digital content distribution strategiesPrevious experience working with medical editors and freelance editorsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex medical information in a clear and engaging mannerFamiliarity with regulatory guidelines and ethical considerations related to medical content creationStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative mindset with the capacity to foster teamwork and effective communication across different departments
