　　What you get to do in this role:Lead product strategythatsets us up for success as welook to growto $10B+ inrevenue Communicateproductprioritiesand buildconsensus across different BU's including but not limited to SPM, Devops, and ITSM.As a Product Manager for ServiceNow Integrations, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the capabilities of our Strategic Portfolio Management solutions.You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and designers, to define and execute a product strategy that aligns with our company's vision. Your primary focus will be on building seamless integrations with ServiceNow to enhance its functionality and provide our customers with a holistic IT management experience.Assume leadership responsibilities as anaccountable owner who is committedto the outcome regardless of the role ororganizationalboundaries Work withmultipleteamstoguideprojectsthroughdevelopmentand bring high-quality products to life Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfactionCommunicate complex problems into easily understood requirements and provide solutions Develop multi-modecommunications that convey a clear understanding of the needs of different audiencesLead the promoting of efforts across different groups of team members, along with the ability to influence inside and outside of your team.Qualifications

　　To be successful in this role you have:Proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on ITSM, DevOps, or agile practices ORHave agile, DevOps, and ITSM knowledge with a desire to become a product managerStrong knowledge of ServiceNow and its capabilitiesFamiliarity with ITSM, DevOps, and agile toolsKnowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC)Previous experience with ServiceNow integrations is a plusExperiencedefining andcapturingproductrequirementsandtransforming them intoaproduct roadmap Deep curiosity about customerneeds and a track record inbuilding customer relationshipsand delivering customer-centric solutions Drive solution development through big-picture solution developmentFD21
