The Industrial Engineer (IE) role will support production operations of the F-16 fighter aircraft. The individual will and designs sequence of operations and work flow to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities and equipment layouts; and establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel. Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, and production record systems. Individual will be the key IE point of contact for the off shift operations for all areas of manufacturing within Greenville Site Operations.
Responsibilities include:
• Develop work plans, production performance strategies, and improvement opportunities using Microsoft Excel, OneAero SAP, Electronic Crew Manager, Tableau, and other analysis tools.
• Monitors the development and implementation of changes to schedule, cost, manpower, and workflow.
• Develops detailed work plans in collaboration with Operations Leadership team, using Microsoft Office products such as PowerPoint, OneNote, and Project.
• Establishes methods for maximum utilization of personnel. Facilitates continuous improvement activities and other projects as required.
Must be a United States (US) citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
-Previous work experience within an aerospace manufacturing operation or some other highly technical market
- Experience in Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas and Pivot Tables
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint
- Must be willing to work 2nd shift
Desired Skills:
- Previous role as an Industrial Engineer
- Extensive knowledge of F16 or other Fighter Jet manufacturing
- Experienced with the use of SAP
- Ability to develop tools inside of Tableau
- Experience with EVMS and developing cost projections for aircraft
- Previous leadership experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
