Join our dedicated team in St. Louis , a diverse multi-product and client-focused bio-pharmaceutical hub. We provide manufacturing solutions for pharmaceutical products used in both (pre)clinical trials and commercial applications.
Key Responsibilities
Lead capital projects, coordinating invoicing, financials, contractor coordination, and ensuring all documentation adheres to regulated standards.Develop and transform project scope, schedule, and cost estimates into capital appropriation requests (CAR).Lead the design, construction, and implementation of major site projects.Assess and refine engineering standards and practices regularly.Coordinate project execution activities, ensuring smooth operations from shutdown to start-up processes.Strategize and contribute to long-term site capital investments, emphasizing continuous improvement.Collaborate with multi-functional teams to guide bio-process equipment design and complete various site-related projects.
Qualifications
A degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Bio) or a related fieldA minimum of 8 years of experience.Ideally, 3-4 years of experience in the bio/pharmaceutical sector or any GMP regulated domain.Experience in leading capital projects with an investment exceeding $1 million.
Skills & Abilities
Profound project management experience and understanding of product, process, or facility design and construction.Comprehensive knowledge of quality and regulatory standards in the pharmaceutical industry.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.Strong leadership and team teamwork skills.Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal.
