　　Are you a self-motivated and intellectually curious person? As a Staff Auditor within the PGIM audit group, you will work with other team members to deploy our audit approach across our asset management business. This role is an entry level opportunity to work on audits in a team environment.

　　What you can expect:

　　Engage in dialogue with the audit team and various control partners to identify and assess risks and controls.Active participation in all aspects of the audit, including the planning, risk assessment, data analytics, control analysis, testing, issue development and reporting phases.Thrive in a collaborative environment where engagement with business and control function partners is key.

　　This position is based in Newark, NJ, in a hybrid model.

　　What you'll need:

　　0-2 years of work experience, preferably in the financial industryStrong time management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.Attention to detail.Ability to work in a team environment.Strong problem solving and analytical skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Bachelor's degree is required.

The salary range for this role is from $60,100.00 to $89,400.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
