The Boeing Company's Global Support Center is looking for a Staff Analyst/Organizational Assistant, based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
This position will be responsible for planning and executing actions required to successfully implement the activities of GSC in Southeast Asia.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Supports leadership in the strategic intent and directional focus of large, facilitated meetings and events planning.
2. Gathers customer requirements for projects.
3. Supports project manager to maintain the project schedule, monitors and tracks execution of the plan.
4. Office administration including facility maintenance, hardware purchase and stationery/gift replenish
5. Processes travel booking and expense report for management as needed
6. Conducts research and assists with the evaluation of organizational issues.
7. Works with the team to plan and execute employee-related activities and initiatives.
8. Establishes, maintains, and tracks metrics and metric reporting tool. Creates and provides status reports.
9. Maintains and tracks training requirements.
10. Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.
11. Travel 20% of the time
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
4 or more years' experience in a Staff Analyst or similar role.2 or more years' experience in Event Planning and Project Management.6 or more years' experience using basic Microsoft Suite.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):
Experience with Supplier Management, Event Planning, Travel Arrangement, Business Correspondence, server management, SharePoint, and distribution listsExperience with planning agendas and facilitating meetingsStrong English written and verbal communication skillsStrong Finance/Accounting and spreadsheet skillsSufficient understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning and DatabasesEnjoy working with global team and engaging with stakeholdersPosses Problem Solving and Critical ThinkingEnjoy working with detailed focus and organizing tasks to completion
Typical Education/experience:
Typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience).

This position offer one time relocation based on candidate eligibility.
