The Royal Caribbean Group's Global eCommerce Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Sr. Web Content Project Coordinator reporting to the Manager, eCommerce Digital Production.
Position Summary:
In this position, you will know every aspect of the Web Content Team's workflow and production processes. This role is responsible for keeping things moving under pressure and tight deadlines.
You will serve as the team's "heart", ensuring collaboration, transparency, and organization while communicating deadlines and managing expectations within the team in conjunction with the Web Content Production Manager.
This position will work on-site in Miami, Florida.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Organize day-to-day activities for the Web Content TeamPlan and manage the calendars for GTM, editorial, Deployment, as well as other efforts impacting the teamEnsure projects are launched on time and meet initial project requirements, keeping teams and management notified of progress and any potential deviations from project schedules (deliverables, milestone dates, resources, etc.)Serve as the liaison and oversee the day-to-day for the authoring agency, Sycamore.Collaborate with Content Strategists for all Go-To-Market campaigns to ensure channel plans are executed on schedule.Understand the site's structure and assets for each product on the web.Assist with web content audits in collaboration with the Content Strategists.Manage the team's schedules, including upcoming PTO, Holidays, and Birthdays.Drive planning of meetings to review status and progress and seek manager approval for updates and assets.Communicate datelines and manage expectations with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Web Content Strategy Team, International/Globals Teams, product owner leads, partner authoring agency Sycamore, and editorial agency Skyword.Work to keep campaigns on track and adequately communicate with other departments.Track information from other departments related to site updates, product changes, and marketing campaignsTriage requests from other departments in Wrike to prioritize and assign them to a resource queue and manage expectations for completionInitiate product support tickets, collaborate with the Production Support team to find answers to reported issues, and move requests to other groups when needed.Collect requirements from stakeholders to complete the information needed to finalize tasks.Drive socialization initiatives to support the team's culture, collaboration, and connection-building.Track invoices and document the monthly spending.Set up new vendors following the company's processes.Produce monthly reports on content production output.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in marketing or business or certification in project management.3-4 years of professional experience in project coordination.2+ years of experience working within a project management system.Ability to be detail-oriented and execute at a tactical level.Well-versed in content marketing best practices and passionate about elevating the game to be a leader in the space.Flexibility to changing priorities and ability to work on several projects simultaneously.Good understanding of web content strategy and logistical operations and execution.Disposition to understand the business to help with ideation for content creation and processes.Basic knowledge of Digital Analytics and KPIs to drive success.Quick learner and a strong communicator with a positive approach to challenges.Creative ability, solutions-oriented, data-driven, and customer-centric marketing professional, skilled in problem solving and process improvement.Advanced use of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Project Management Tools.Basic knowledge of Adobe products is preferred.
