Want to build systems that enable Selling Partners to grow their business and delight Amazon customers? The Selling Partner Promotions (SPP) team is looking for a Sr. TPM to lead initiatives to build new tools to help our Selling Partners better manage deals and high velocity events.
Key job responsibilities
You will lead highly visible projects with dozens of stakeholders and spread across multiple teams.
You will work directly with external and internal Selling Partners, and Product and Engineering teams to build systems that unify Seller and Vendor promotions on a new architecture.
You will drive key initiatives for deals and high velocity events (Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.) driving innovation and business growth for worldwide businesses.
You will be responsible for diving deep into technical systems, understanding them well and staying connected to the details
You will be responsible for delivering results despite working in an ambiguous environment
You will need a strong bias for action and be able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
You will define strategy and build and execute road maps for the programs you own.
Throughout, you will internalize Amazon’s Leadership Principles, and live those into everyday practices to guide your programs to success.
About the team
Selling Partner Promotions (SPP) team owns tools used by Amazon Selling Partners such as Sellers, Vendors, Account Managers and Vendor Managers to create or source high-quality promotions. SPP owns both the Selling Partner experience and common services that ensure consistent validation, workflow and reporting experience for these tools.

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of technical product or program management experience
7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
3+ years of software development experience
5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
