Overview
The Sr. Team Leader, Delivery & Faculty is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high impact learning and development programs across all Chick-fil-A audiences. Responsible for leading a shared service model of highly capable and tenured facilitators, this leader understands the facilitation requirements and objectives for each learning solution, determines the facilitation resourcing strategy, whether internal or external, best suitable for each individual learning offering.
S/he has learning industry experience and knows how to select, prepare, coach, develop and lead Talent to deliver a wide range of content, across diverse audiences in a dynamic, multi-modal environment. S/he is accountable for ensuring the successful implementation of facilitation across Learning audience.
S/he is responsible for understanding current learning and facilitation trends while also anticipating and preparing for future needs and opportunities.
The Sr. Team Leader, Delivery & Faculty is a practitioner of the profession and is expected to facilitate 10%.

Responsibilities
Works in partnership across learning Audience teams to understand the facilitation needs of learning solutions and create resourcing strategies that are aligned with learning goals and objectives. Prepares and enables facilitators, faculty and vendor partners to serve as facilitators, ensuring facilitators have the necessary resources and support for effective delivery in a variety of mediums including in-person instructor-led and virtual. Develop facilitators and faculty to manage a training environment conducive to learning and effectively deliver curriculum through effective facilitation methodology and techniques. Develop and manage a training schedule to ensure appropriate resourcing for facilitation and delivery for all Chick-fil-A audiences, across a variety of in person and virtual modalities. Works with stakeholders to analyze existing practices, recommend improvements and lead changes as it relates to delivery and facilitation. Observe facilitation on a regular basis, providing coaching and feedback to develop and increase performance. Assess curriculum delivery effectiveness analyzing trends as it pertains to delivery; provide a feedback loop and perspective to audience leadership teams. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to inform and influence the development of learning solutions. Sources the marketplace for vendor partners to meet facilitation resourcing needs, participating in vendor contracting as needed, managing and maintaining relationships and network. Provides direct oversight to vendor, agency partners and professionals aligned to Facilitation delivery; ensures SOW is executed as agreed upon and adjusts as needed. Develops business case and forecasts budget when external facilitation resources are needed. Collaborates and partners with the Operations leadership team to ensure an effective L&D shared services offering. Stays relevant in the discipline of facilitation and actively understands learning solutions and audience needs by facilitating.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with experience in program delivery and facilitation Strong executive presence Demonstrated ability to lead a team toward shared objectives Demonstrated experience with adult learning principles, learning development lifecycle, facilitative skills & behavior and evaluation of learning programs Demonstrated ability to facilitate across multiple platforms Experience of using concepts used to design and develop training materials in order to suggest improvements to enhance delivery/facilitation Ability to build strong partnerships Has strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Chick-fil-A business or restaurant acumen Professional experience in a high communications role 2+ years people leadership experience Master's Degree in a L&D related discipline Certified Master Facilitator Certification or an equivalent training facilitation certification
