Overview
Reporting to the Director, Strategic Sourcing & Talent Intelligence within Talent Acquisition, the Senior Talent Intelligence Researcher will support key business priorities by providing competitive intelligence to inform our sourcing strategies and establishing relationships with the world’s best talent in critical engineering and functional areas. This will include capturing, curating, and distributing industry intelligence, providing data-rich talent market analysis and strategic sourcing approaches
What you'll bring
Experience managing and prioritizing multiple strategic searches and talent mapping projects
Extensive track record of building and driving talent sourcing initiatives and pipelines
Experience influencing organizations strategy through quantitative and qualitative research methods
Demonstrated experience turning data-driven insights into organizational results
Proficiency with Linkedin Recruiter, Linkedin Talent Insights, deep web search, and other research tools
Extensive knowledge and application of effective long term talent nurturing techniques
Deep subject matter expertise in global software engineering talent markets including early-stage and established companies is strongly preferred
Strong technical acumen around AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Systems Engineering is strongly preferred
5+ years of talent intelligence/market research experience
Working knowledge of iCims is strongly preferred
Minimum Qualifications
BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant business experience
How you will lead
Partner with business leaders to understand the most critical talent needs for Intuit’s success. Leverage business acumen to quickly understand the fundamentals of an industry, contextualize and translate data to provide talent insights
Analyze global business, economic, and talent trends to identify opportunities to enhance sourcing strategies. Conduct business, product, and industry research to inform sourcing strategies across business units. Synthesize and present data to an executive audience and provide actionable insights

Create sourcing strategies to identify and validate the world’s top talent in our target areas. This will include: primary research, engaging external intelligence resources, extensive internal and external networking
Partner with recruiters/sourcers on an effective engagement and nurturing strategy for our target talent communities
Manage all phases of research projects including internal consulting, project plan development, research, and scalable knowledge storage and sharing. Capture and maintain accurate market and industry intelligence in the internal ATS to ensure a single source of truth for our data and inform our overarching sourcing/recruiting strategies
Develop deep subject matter expertise for critical industry and talent verticals, delivering knowledge and insights across the business and TA
Deep commitment to and experience with building diverse pipelines of talent, and equitable assessment practices
Growth mindset and an ability to adapt to changing dynamics as needed
