Job Description Summary
In this role, you will manage complex projects that require in-depth domain knowledge within shop floor operations and supply chain management solutioning. As part of the Edison Works Digital Technology team, you will define, deploy, and maintain the unique shop floor technology solutions that productionize the prototyping, manufacture, assembly, and testing of business products. You will be responsible for partnering with program management, engineering, manufacturing, services, and sourcing functional partners to create a clear strategic direction for enhancing shop floor capabilities and convey that vision to the architecture, build and/or operations team. Key areas of focus will be standardizing digital products and processes to enable scalable growth in the use of the technologies.

Experience with manufacturing management processes and toolsExperience working with manufacturing execution solutions and their design and deploymentExperience with shop floor manufacturing machines and inspection technologiesExperience with manufacturing shop floor automation technologiesActive US DOD Security ClearanceUnderstanding and knowledge of DT Security control frameworks (i.e. NIST, ISO, etc.) as well regulatory requirements impacting DT systems (i.e. DFARS, ITAR, DoD/MoD, etc.)Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal) with all levels of an organization Self-starter who collaborates well with others to solve problemsPMP, Security+, or related certifications
Requirements / Qualification
Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 5 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 8 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 10 years of professional experienceMinimum 5 years of professional experience in Distinct Area of Work (DAW) or IT
