Job Summary
Comcast Business provides business-grade products, services, and expertise that meet the complex and diverse demands of businesses of all sizes and is seeking a key member for our collaborative cross-functional team that serves as the information communications hub for all our operational initiatives. This individual will play a crucial role in defining, developing, and executing end-to-end internal communications plans, leveraging a suite of tools for communication drafting and review, project management, and measurement of campaign success metrics. This individual will have the opportunity to interact regularly with senior executives, product teams, and other internal communication and knowledge management teams, providing project leadership and determining their own work priorities based on impact, urgency, and need. The right candidate already possesses or will develop, after a relatively short time in the role, in-depth experience, knowledge, and skills in how Frontline Care and Order Management teams operate, essential to impactful communications to their primary audiences. This individual will also act as a resource for colleagues with less experience, demonstrating the value and importance of their role in the organization.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Manages the processes, documentation, and publication of Frontline employee-impacting content and communications.
Develop communications plans, timelines, and draft communication content to meet deadlines. Review content with key stakeholders to ensure alignment before distribution. Updates stakeholders regularly on all communications initiatives.
Collaborates with other communicators throughout the business to develop cohesive and consistent communication strategies across the organization and ensures content meets established communications standards and guidelines.
Participates in the product development process to ensure full comprehension to be able to properly communicate product changes to a larger employee audience.
Manages communications intake system and frontline editorial calendar.
Creates reports to measure KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for all communication campaigns and measures efficacy.
Keeps communications creative, engaging, visually appealing, accurate, grammatically correct, and succinct.
Leads development and editing of creative content, including but not limited to article imagery, infographics, digital signage, and video editing.
Provides mentoring and guidance to colleagues with less experience.
Supports production of Town Hall Broadcasts
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary.

Education
Bachelor's Degree
