Sr. Solution Architect
As Nuvolo's Sr. Solution Architect , you will leverage your core background and experience delivering client-focused solutions to drive operational quality and excellence within our consulting and implementation services. You will help our clients by implementing innovative solutions using a best practice development, documentation and delivery models while proactively identifying and closing project gaps. It is also expected that you will play a leading role in growing the business by establishing strong client relationships.
As Nuvolo's Solution Architect, your role will include:
Discover, design and implement Nuvolo solutions leveraging current and new ServiceNow features
Drive client workshops and lead process design and analysis exercises
Build credibility and trust with business partners to unveil complexities and nuances of the business and its processes
Delivers presentations to business partners focusing on takeaways and answering questions clearly
Architect, develop and maintain ServiceNow installations and future upgrades
Architect, develop, and transform our clients from legacy solutions to their new ServiceNow platform-based solution
This role could be a fit for you if you bring:
5+ years of experience in related field
ServiceNow or equivalent cert required: IT Service Management, Certified System Administrator. Certified Application Developer
Modules Experience: CMDB, Event Management, Service Mapping, Orchestration, Asset Management
Custom scripting experience
Enterprise Architecture methodologies and frameworks such as ITIL
Knowledge of SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum

Base Pay Range: $175,000-$190,000 Total compensation for this role will include an incentive plan.
