Job Description With an expanded focus on fintech and neobanks, Value Added Services (VAS) Issuing Solutions enables capabilities including digital issuance of card credentials, Transaction Controls and Notifications, issuer loyalty programs, card benefits, and ATM services in a variety of forms from API services to full-service on-behalf-of models. Issuing Solutions help Issuers perform better by delivering value added services in a consistent manner through common integrations, at scale, with global reach and evolving capabilities to meet the demands of a digital marketplace.
DPS Forward and VTC SG Team works on a wide variety of projects including DPS (Debit Processing Service) Forward, VTC (Visa Transaction Controls) and VMAAS (Visa Multi Account Access Service) to support Value Added Services (VAS) Issuing Solutions as part of the core Visa Technology Organization, driving the diversification of our revenue with products that differentiate our network and deliver valuable solutions across other rails.

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Software Test Engineer to join our DPS Forward and VTC SG Team in Singapore! You will help design, enhance and build our solutions for customers in an agile, fast-paced environment. You will be working with colleagues across the company, who will help support and challenge you every day. Designing solutions, test strategies, test cases, writing code for test suite automation, reviewing code and frequent check-ins for continuous integration is just part of your DNA. Skill Sets:
Hands-on experience in Test automation frameworks and technologies like Postman, Karate, TestNG or RestAssured is preferred.Java programming experience is preferred.Strong technical knowledge with web applications and web services standards and related technologies (XML, JSON, REST, SOAP) is nice to haveGeneral business knowledge of financial systemsBasic understanding and knowledge of Software Engineering Concepts and Methodologies is required.Strong understanding of Agile, scrum and Quality Assurance processes and methodologiesUsability testing and Accessibility testing a plusUnderstanding of AI tools/methodology a plusAbility to write and execute SQL/Mongo DB queries to validate data a plusExperience with Test management tools like Jira, ALM, Share point, WikiStrong understanding of various test and development methodologies such as TDD, BDD, and ATDD is a plus

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
• 2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• 2 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 1 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) in Computer Science or other technology field
