　　● Develops, codes, tests, and debugs new software and enhancements to existing software● Follows team norms and industry best practices around unit test coverage, code reviews, and design patterns● Works within agile/scrum frameworks ● Provides technical and non-technical leadership to less experienced developers● Collaborates positively with fellow engineers, product owners, and other CWT team members● Puts application/system/data security as a priority● Evaluates feature/upgrade/change requests and recommends courses of action● Evaluates system performance, makes recommendations to improve● Provides L3 support as needed for tools and applications developed

　　_Position Requirements_

　　● Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience● 6 years professional software development● Java or similar OOP language experience● At least some web application/UI development and experience in foundational technologies such as: HTML/CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, Angular Material● Experience with RMDBS technologies (Oracle, etc.) and SQL● Git/GitHub/GitFlow or similar experience● JUnit (or similar) and TDD experience preferred● Knowledge of and experience with Agile frameworks (such as Scrum) preferred● Knowledge of SOA/microservice architectures/ReST API’s nice-to-have● Knowledge of container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.) nice-to-have● Selenium (or similar) test automation tool experience nice-to-have● Configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet) nice-to-have
