Job Description
An Intel Sr. SAP MM/PP Analyst will do the following:
Works with business partners to define the business process requirements, design, exploration, testing, and self-service activities to proactively seek solutions to future business challenges.Provides expertise in SAP MM/PP with deep procurement and planning process knowledge and the ability to apply and configure a technical solution or workflow to meet the business requirements.Leads functional, system, user acceptance, and E2E business process testing, validation, and sign off for complex implementations and maintenance releases to ensure stability.Scope includes training and adoption, business process changes, business data improvements, reporting, and analytics, and configuring software and workflows in support of business and IT initiatives.Executes path to production, maximizes automation, and aligns solution or capability with architecture roadmap, technical standards, and IT initiatives.Member of scrum team consisting of a Product Owner, a Scrum Master, other Systems Analysts and Application Developers.Has strong qualitative and business process understanding, with a focus on technical requirements and solution expertise.Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to complex problems.Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.Identifying, assessing, and solving complex business problems, where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.Able to discuss leading industry processes/practices with businesses, organizations and across platforms/domains.Collaborate with key users across various business functions to adequately understand and document data flows and reporting requirements.Driving requirements, gathering with customers, using good verbal and written communication skills.Foster networking and cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency.Test solutions to ensure a high level of quality and optimal system performance.Troubleshoot solutions to ensure data integrity and accuracy.Support an Agile and DevOps approach to product management and maintenance, including support for deployment and management processes.Work closely with software development engineers in supporting new features, services, and releases.Develop training materials and provide training to key users to keep pace with the changing business needs and conditions.Perform ongoing tasks in support of the existing product and/or environment.Preparing and maintaining documentation to guide users and assist with ongoing operations.Develop use cases, customer scenarios and/or demos as well as plan and coordinate testing of newly developed processes.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or engineering or related field of study.
9 or more years of experience in:
Successful implementation projects as SAP MM/PP consultant or functional analyst.SAP MM/PP configuration. E.g.: requisitions, purchasing, scheduling agreements, subcontracting, MRP, inventory management, stock transfers, planning procedures, process orders, pegging in production planning.Business process reengineering, application solution design and requirement engineeringAgile environment with Scrum practices.
Preferred:
Semiconductor/Manufacturing industry knowledge.SAP MM CertifiedSAP PP Certified

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $116,819.00-$175,333.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
