About the Role:
GoodRx is in search of a Senior Salesforce Data Cloud Solutions Architect to assist the Enterprise Business Solutions team to design, implement and recommend best practices on our Salesforce Data Cloud platform. We are looking for someone with a unique combination of technical skills and strategic thinking who can transform complex analyses into solutions supporting a high growth business area. An ideal candidate will also have some Marketing Cloud experience, and be a self-motivated, independent problem solver who is excited to dive into the details, ask questions, make recommendations, and drive results.
Responsibilities:
Develop, build, implement and support our new Salesforce Data Cloud instance, along with Marketing CloudDrive end-to-end project execution with analysis, documentation, solutions, testing and performance that meets the expectations of the businessIdentify and confirm technical design risks and develop mitigating approachesParticipate in technical design workshops with the wider Salesforce Team, IT and Engineering Teams, and the businessEnsure technical documentation is kept up to date, following any system changes and new project implementationsCollaborate closely with the Product Development and IT business applications teams on technologies that interface with CRM systemsTranslate and communicate technical requirements and solutions for the business using story-based narratives as well as presenting the strategy and recommendations to executivesDevelop and run User Acceptance Testing with training and documentationFollow GoodRx project planning methodologies and Agile development process, for successful, timely delivery of projectsReview and take ownership of legacy debt and API's on our systems and design, present, and implement new solutions that are both efficient for our business and cost effectiveUtilize knowledge of new & upcoming features in the Salesforce ecosystem to provide recommendations for greater efficienciesEnsure that systems are kept safe, secure, and compliant in alignment to our corporate GoodRx policies and standards
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or Management Information Systems preferred4+ years in a Solutions Architect roleHands-on Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) experienceSalesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification preferredSalesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, Admin or Developer certifications a huge plusStrong understanding of customer data platforms and modern data infrastructureExperience with standard and extensible functionality of Salesforce Sales & Marketing CloudsKnowledge of Apex, Visualforce & LightningIntegration experience using both Web based technologies (SOAP, REST)Experience with integration tools such as Jitterbit and MuleSoft
