  We are looking for a talented Sr Salesforce Business Analyst to join our technology team to collaborate with our different lines of business to solve business problems using Salesforce. As a critical member of the technology team, team, you will have a direct impact on client-facing and operational roles of the organization.

  Your Role:Serve as the technical leader and Salesforce subject matter expert for Salesforce projectsDefine and work within all aspects of project delivery from requirements gathering, solution definition & design, implementation, and training/change managementCommunicate effectively between technical and business stakeholders and manage multiple priorities and deadlinesRecommend Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to) Flows, Custom Fields, Page layouts, Record types, Custom Settings, Permission Groups/Sets, and more.Coach and mentor technical and non-technical team members, e.g. business analysts, developers, data analysts Manage the flow of data from Salesforce to our data warehouse and data visualization tools

  Your Experience:Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Salesforce Sales/Service cloud or Financial Services CloudStrong knowledge and experience implementing of Salesforce configuration, e.g. case management, Einstein Conversation Insights, and pipeline managementCollege degree, or equivalent experience required  Self-motivated with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline oriented, evolving work environmentExperience with 3rd-party managed packages and integrations including Marketo, Conga Composter & Grid, Skuid, DocusignFamiliarity with integration middleware tools, e.g. Mulesoft, InformaticaThis role is an in-office, full-time, and exempt position. We are a work from office culture with lots of flexibility.

  Compensation$100,000 – 150,000 per year

  What to expect in the hiring process

   1. Values in Action Self-Assessment - at Brighton Jones we don’t just talk about our values, we live by them! We’ve operationalized our values into behaviors and part of the application process includes completing a brief self-assessment on our Values in Action.

   2. Initial Interview - this 30-min chat with a recruiter or hiring manager gives us a chance to learn about your background and goals and share more about the role and company.

   3. Role Alignment - next you’ll meet with the hiring manager and a peer (virtual or in-person) to dive deeper into the role, responsibilities, and your transferrable experiences.

   4. Full Loop - you’ll meet the team in two, back-to-back interviews with team members you’re likely to work with. During these conversations, we’ll be listening for examples of your technical skills as well as how core values show up in your experience. There may also be a writing sample, role play, hiring, or technical assessment depending on the position.

   5. Personal Reference Calls - in this final step in the hiring process, you will be asked to arrange 1-2 personal reference calls with past managers of our choosing.
