As a Sr. Sales Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of an emerging technology. Your responsibilities will include building and managing a highly talented sales team focused on driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration for our Telco customers. The ideal candidate will possess a technology sales management background that enables them to lead a team of experienced Account Managers with engagements at the CXO level. They should also be a self-starter who is prepared to own, define, develop and execute a plan and consistently deliver on input goal and revenue targets.

Basic Qualifications
10+ years of technology related sales or business development experience
7+ years experience leading a diverse and matrixed Sales team supporting a tech-savvy and innovative customer base
Preferred Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Extensive customer network
Strong leadership skills
A technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus
Telco customer experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $149,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $278,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. This position is eligible for variable pay via a sales compensation plan. These plans pay according to achievement level against sales targets and/or business objectives. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
