Job Description
The Solution Sales Executive will oversee the market success of ServiceNow's Customer Service Management products. These products are built on our market-leading Service Management platform and create a single source of truth that allows enterprise processes to execute with uniform information.
What you get to do in this role:
The Solution Sales Executive builds relationships with clients while achieving quarterly and annual sales quotas for an assigned product line and territory.Drive sales opportunities and business relationships with influential contacts within the Customer organizationFocus on understanding an organization's plans and how ServiceNow solutions map to theseManage and nurture accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and guide additional revenue streamsOrganize resources necessary to further the sales cycle (e.g. Solution Consultants, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.)Use internal technology to manage leads, providing accurate forecasting, territory plans, and goalsUse Data Management through all sources such as CRM, social media, search engines, and pressOccasional travel for training or meetings may be requiredQualifications
To be successful in this role you have:10+ years in sales (15+ overall Exp) with success generating new business sales of enterprise-class Customer Experience solutionsAdvanced knowledge of sales force automation, customer service management, enterprise resource planning or other business application technologies would be idealExperience selling into Telecommunications, Information Technology, IT Enabled Services is preferred (not mandatory)Experience with the sales process with the ability to navigate and progress short and long complex sales cyclesUnderstanding of business sales processesBachelor's degree in business, marketing or related disciplineTravel required: 30-50%Additional Information
