As aSenior Technical Revenue Assurance Analyst, your role revolves around the maintenance of information systems and the provision of technical support for various facets of the revenue assurance department. Your responsibilities encompass collaborating on the identification of leakage throughout the organization and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive incremental revenue/profits and reduce costs. Reporting directly to the Director of Revenue Assurance, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and success of revenue assurance initiatives.
WHAT OUR SENIOR TECHNICAL REVENUE ASSURANCE ANALYST ENJOY MOST
Actively and consistently supporting efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Supporting the RA team in maintaining and technically preparing reports, dashboards, and trend analysis to inform management about the company's transformation of services into profits.
Serving as a liaison to the Marketing/Billing department and assisting/collaborating in efforts related to revenue planning, pricing and packaging, and promotion management.
Partnering and collaborating with the Business Intelligence team on automating reporting and process improvements, as well as other analysis.
Developing and implementing revenue assurance applications and processes, including data extraction and creating data warehouses when required.
Assisting with the building of automated test tools for alerting and regularly reviewing and maintaining alerting test cases.
Researching questions for management and conducting ad-hoc investigations.
Establishing and monitoring processes and controls to protect revenue and ensure data integrity/synchronization among systems.
Identifying and quantifying revenue opportunities and coordinating with cross-functional teams to realize incremental revenue.
Developing and maintaining reporting databases to establish trending for detecting leakage.
Performing other duties as requested by supervisor

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology or equivalent experience
Advanced technical data experience including writing advanced SQL, and tuning database/query performance - 2
Billing systems - 3Ability to read, write and speak the English language Investigation: Ability to perform data analysis, statistical analysis, detailed data tracing, raw CDR review
Baseline Reporting: Ability to manage data warehousing, SQLs scripting for investigation and proof of concept purpose
Network/Systems: Knowledge of a particular revenue management system, extremely comfortable with managements of databases, SQLs queries, data conversions, programs and operational disciplines
Synchronization: Ability to perform complex data matching processes and data diagnosis across multiple systems
Correction: Experience scoping and troubleshooting systems and sizing organizational problems, has authority to propose changes
Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner
Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure
Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks, prioritize and organize effectively.
Ability to think outside the box and apply critical thinking skills
Ability to use personal computer and software applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
Ability to work independently
Effective attention to detail

Advanced technical data experience including writing advanced SQL, tuning database/query performance - 5
Cable television products, telecommunications, monthly recurrent services or cable billing systems experience Experience with CSG or ICOMS billing systems - 3
