Salesforce is looking for a detail-oriented Renewals Operations Project Coordinator who will play a crucial role in providing organizational support to our operations teams. The primary responsibility is to ensure smooth operation of renewals operations-related projects and processes by maintaining documentation, documenting and tracking issues, and facilitating communication among the team. These aspects contribute significantly to optimizing our renewals operations, improving efficiency, and ensuring that our renewal and renewal operations teams can focus on their core responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Documentation Management: Create, update, and organize operations-related documentation, including operational procedures, reports, and projects. Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to the operations teamsProject Coordination & Issue Tracking: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on renewal operations projects and open issues to ensure alignment on desired outcome; schedule and coordinate meetings, track timelines, follow up on action items to keep projects and issue resolution on track, and communicate status to key stakeholdersPartner with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to extrapolate and translate complex process and procedures into comprehensive and effective documentationEvaluate impact of system or operating changes and make edits to existing documentation, as well as generate new documentation when necessaryLeverage data and insights to define and support process modifications and improvements and enable optimal business recommendationsMay perform other duties or handle special projects as assigned
Required Skills/Experience:
Proven experience in project management and documentation management related to business processes, business systems, or operations within the tech industry. You have a gift for turning complex processes into clear and understandable documentationStrong organizational, operational, and analytical skills.Experience with building and delivering presentations and translating data insights into concise and insightful executive summaries and presentationsSuperb attention to detail, oral, written, and presentation skills, and confident communicator.Ability to produce high-quality work on schedule while managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlinesAbility to triage problems, prioritize accordingly, and propose solutionsAutonomy and drive: Self-motivated with a highly collaborative style, strong influencing skills, and aim to work in a constantly evolving growth environmentDegree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

Prior experience using ProMapp, Confluence, or other process management toolsProject Management and Agile methodologiesKnowledge of Salesforce product and platform features, capabilities, and best use

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $97,300 to $146,000.
For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $88,500 to $121,700.
For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $88,500 to $133,800.
For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $97,300 to $146,000.
For Hawaii-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $88,500 to $121,700.
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
